## ASK dataplane → mono-1.0.7 + QoS-reload fix

Updates the FMan/DPAA hardware-offload stack (ASK: `cmm`, `cdx`, `dpa-app`, kernel modules)
from mono-1.0.4 to **mono-1.0.7** — a large lifecycle/robustness overhaul — plus a QoS-reload
safety fix. HW-validated on the LS1046A: fast-path RX + broadcast DHCP clean.

### ASK 1.0.7 highlights
- **Transactional, retryable FMan/PCD setup** — port allocation and classifier (KeyGen/PCD)
setup & deletion are now all-or-nothing and retryable; a failed init unwinds cleanly across
fman/cdx/dpa/qos-CEETM instead of stranding hardware. Handles ports without a PCD, and
  teardown retries.
- **Safer cdx teardown** — terminal teardown stays alive until queues drain; a drain callback
for forwarding TX queues; correct public keygen scheme-flag translation.
- **cmm SA-route lifecycle** — routes released after hardware teardown, refreshed on a retried
  update.
- **Leaner/correct** — dropped unsupported SDK paths (hardware reassembly, whole-tree
replacement) and dead CDX/CMM code; oversized RTP payloads rejected. Full KASAN validation.

### Also
- **cmmqos:** QoS `reload` is now reload-safe (no disruption on reconfigure).

> Upgrade with **`owut upgrade`** (preserves installed packages). A plain file `sysupgrade`
> keeps config but not packages you added (e.g. AdGuard).
