# Mono Gateway r1789070935

## More packages are now installable
The build server now carries the full upstream package catalogue alongside our own kernel modules, so `owut upgrade -a <pkg>` resolves things it couldn't before — including **mwan3** (multi-WAN) and its iptables/netfilter modules, and **USB storage + filesystems** (`kmod-usb-storage`, vfat/exfat/ntfs3) so you can mount a flash drive.

## Fixed: some `owut upgrade` builds failed
Builds that hit `libucode version not as requested` (or `wget error 8` warnings) now succeed. The server serves a single, self-consistent package snapshot, so upstream can no longer conflict with your device's installed versions.

## ASK 1.0.4
Wi-Fi hardware-offload fixes (scatter/gather, buffer handling) and datapath stop-drain hardening. Arrives on a normal `owut upgrade`.

## Still on ext4? Convert once first
If `owut upgrade` reports a filesystem-type error, your device is still on the old ext4 root and needs the one-time squashfs conversion. Back up first (**System → Backup**), then:
```
wget -O /tmp/migrate-squashfs.sh https://openwrt.mono.si/migrate-squashfs.sh
sh /tmp/migrate-squashfs.sh
```
Your settings and everything under `/data` are preserved; afterwards `owut upgrade` works normally.
